Onyx Coffee Lab - “Southern Weather”

I’ve gotten precisely as fussy with my coffee setup as I desire: good beans, burr grinder, French press. This isn’t blow-your-mind coffee but it’s absolutely memorable. Basically every houseguest I’ve ever had has said “this is a great cup of coffee.”
